Career Pathways

Electrical Technology (Electrician)

Students are introduced to the fundamentals of electrical systems, including wiring, circuitry, safety procedures, and blueprint reading. Through hands-on training and mentorship, participants learn how to assist with residential and commercial electrical work. This pathway prepares students to enter formal apprenticeships and pursue licensure as electricians.

Plumbing Technology

This pathway teaches students essential plumbing skills such as pipe installation, system maintenance, water supply systems, and safety standards. Students gain practical experience working alongside professionals, building the foundational knowledge needed to enter a registered plumbing apprenticeship after graduation.

HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning)

Students learn how to install, maintain, and repair heating and cooling systems. Training includes refrigeration basics, electrical components, airflow systems, and energy efficiency practices. Students continue into HVAC certifications and apprenticeships in order to compete in a rapidly growing industry.

Elevator Installation and Repair

This specialized pathway introduces students to mechanical systems, electrical controls, and safety protocols involved in elevator installation and maintenance. Students gain exposure to one of the highest-paying skilled trades, preparing them to pursue competitive union-sponsored apprenticeship programs after high school.

Dental Laboratory Technician

Students explore the technical side of dentistry by learning how to design and fabricate dental prosthetics such as crowns, bridges, and dentures. Training includes digital modeling, materials handling, and precision craftsmanship. This pathway prepares students for entry-level lab positions or further education in dental laboratory technology.
